A photograph of seated participants in a large tented hall decorated with hanging colourful paper lanterns and fabric tassels. Several women in white or light cotton outfits sit on white chairs; a few wear dark red or black eye-shaped face masks, and two women in the foreground hold up small white cards and talk with one another. A woman in a red top sits to the right, and a standing attendant in a red sari is visible in the background. A large screen displaying colourful graphics is at left. No individual can be identified as a person from the image; no a person candidate is visibly present.
