The figure wears a white garment with a garland of red, white and green flowers around the neck and a gold necklace. Behind the throne hangs a golden canopy strung with white and yellow flower garlands, and a gold trident stands at the left. Two attendants stand at right: one in a white kurta holds a woven bamboo basket above the flowers, and the other in orange robes leans in. A flower-decorated backdrop of red, purple, yellow and white blooms frames the throne. The scene suggests a flower-offering ceremony, with a woven basket of petals in the foreground at left.2010-01-01July 17 20082008-07-17July 03 20122012-07-03July 03 20122012-07-03A smiling man with long dark hair sits on a golden throne under a gold canopy decorated with white and yellow garlands. He is buried chest-deep in white jasmine petals and pink and yellow marigold flowers, wears a red tilak on his forehead and a flower garland around his neck. A trident hangs on the throne behind him. In the foreground, a person in a saffron robe and another in white hold large woven baskets, apparently pouring flower petals over him. Gold and purple floral garlands drape the throne back and a white tent ceiling is overhead. a person: the seated man has long swept-back hair, a red forehead mark and garlands, and sits on a ceremonial throne beneath a canopy, a scene consistent with a flower-shower honouring.2010-01-01
