A woman with long dark hair in an orange saffron robe sits on a white-draped seat or dais, facing forward with hands resting on her lap, while a trident-bearing devotee in white and orange stands beside her holding a trident. Several men in white dhotis and orange shawls stand and kneel, one lying prostrate on a mat in front, and a row of children and young devotees in white sit on the ground at left with hands folded. Clay pots, flower-decorated oil lamps and offering plates sit on the ground at the lower right, and a colourful painted pillar with orange and red floral patterns stands at left.2006-12-31December 24 20082008-12-24 +1 copiesOctober 05 20112011-10-05February 24 20072007-02-24A seated figure in saffron-orange robes, with long dark hair and a rudraksha mala, sits on an orange cushioned throne on an orange cloth-covered platform. He holds a small red object while a man in a brown shirt and dark trousers kneels before him. A woman in white kneels with palms pressed together at right. Two men in white dhotis and orange shawls stand at left with hands folded. Behind them are a gold-coloured altar with garlands of marigold and red flowers, a deity murti in white and orange, a kalasha, fruit on a tray, and an ornate gold and white backdrop.2010-07-01April 23 20122012-04-23June 13 20102010-06-13A photograph of an indoor ritual on a bare white-walled floor. A figure with long dark hair, wearing an orange robe and seated on a white-draped cushioned seat, extends his hands to receive a mala. In front of him a kneeling devotee in white kurta and an orange shawl, with a rudraksha mala around his neck, bows his head with cupped hands. A red and white patterned rug and woven mat lie on the floor. Behind them, a standing man in a white kurta and yellow shawl stands with folded arms, and another man in white dhoti and orange shawl holds a mala aloft. The seated figure has long swept-back hair, orange robes and a rudraksha mala, which fits the Swamiji (probable) appearance cues, so this is an appearance-based label only.2008-09-30
