The person, seen from behind, wears a sleeveless saffron-orange garment, has long dark hair, and is wearing a red and pink flower garland. Holding a brass oil lamp with a lit flame in one hand, they face a wall hung with framed pictures decorated with yellow marigold garlands and pink flowers. One framed image shows a deity in red and gold, and another shows figures in orange robes beside a seated figure. A small wooden table holds a yellow book, a brass bell, and a small lamp with a red flame. Part of another person in orange cloth is visible at the left edge.2010-02-17A standing figure in an orange sleeveless garment and a white flower garland lights an oil lamp at a home shrine in front of a wall of framed deity prints. The framed prints show Venkateswara, Lakshmi and other deities, each adorned with white flower garlands, and a small framed portrait sits in front of the shelf. A second person in orange clothing kneels at the lower left beside a plate of bananas and fruit. Brass lamps and pink petals rest on a marble-topped table below the frames. Copyright text is overlaid at the lower right.2010-02-17A photograph inside a home shrine room with cream walls and a wooden door on the left. Two people in orange-saffron robes stand with their backs to the camera. The nearer figure, wearing an orange sleeveless garment and a red-and-pink flower garland around the neck, holds a lit oil lamp in one hand before a wall of framed deity prints decorated with yellow marigold garlands. The second figure, in an orange robe with a maroon-striped wrap, stands to the left facing the shrine. A low wooden shelf below holds brass plates, a brass kalasha-style vessel, small bells and puja items. Framed saints and deity images cover the walls, including a sepia print of two standing ascetics. The scene suggests a home puja with an oil lamp, with the figures showing no clear facial features.2010-02-17A home shrine room with framed deity prints on the wall, each garlanded with marigold and rose chains. A man in a saffron-orange robe with a long multicoloured flower garland holds a lit oil lamp in one hand and a brass bell in the other, performing aarti before the shrine. Beside him, an older man in white shirt and trousers stands with palms pressed together in prayer. In the foreground at left, a person in orange clothing with dark hair faces the shrine. On the shrine table are a brass lamp, a brass kalasha-style vessel, a small brass deity figure decorated with red and pink flowers, and a framed picture garlanded with white flowers.2010-02-17September 15 20092009-09-15January 03 20122012-01-03A home shrine filled with framed deity pictures, silver-framed murtis and gold figurines, decorated with yellow flowers. A person with long dark hair, wearing an orange sleeveless top and a white and red flower garland, holds a lit oil lamp toward a central black-faced deity murti adorned with orange and gold garments and yellow garlands. In the lower right, a man with his back to the camera sits with his hands pressed together in prayer. Framed pictures on the walls include an old black-and-white photograph of a couple and a colourful painted goddess image. The person with the lamp has distinctive long hair and orange clothing, but appearance alone does not establish identity, so the identity is marked unsure.2010-01-10January 03 20122012-01-03January 03 20122012-01-03
