A busy city street procession filmed from an upper floor. A red tractor pulls a decorated float topped with a golden canopy, with red and orange flags fluttering above it and people in white and saffron-coloured clothing standing around the cart. Uniformed police officers in khaki line the road, holding back a large crowd of onlookers, many on motorcycles and scooters, while women in colourful saris and salwars watch from the pavement. Multi-storey buildings with balconies line both sides, including a Hotel Jain Palace sign and Reliance and Star advertising boards.
