Night photograph of a temple tank or pond at an ashram, lit by a few floodlights and the windows of a building on the left. A brightly decorated floating platform sits on the dark water, hung with yellow and purple garlands and marigold-style decorations, with a lit deity murti or figure in the centre. A metal staircase leads up from the platform to a stone ramp. A few people in white and saffron-coloured clothing stand on the left bank near the railing, and a figure in white is seen on the lower platform. Potted plants line the foreground railing and terraced stone steps rise on the right.
