A photograph of a metal deity murti, a standing four-armed figure of silver-grey or polished metal with a tall crown, being bathed or anointed on a gilded pedestal. A person in an orange-brown robe and dark bare arm, wearing a bangle and a rudraksha-style bead mala, reaches over a brass bowl to pour or hold liquid over the image. Behind it, an orange backdrop with a gold ornate canopy and a red velvet seat. Text in Tamil script appears at the top of the backdrop.
