Participants in a meditation hall with warm yellow walls and up-lighting stand on red patterned rugs with red floor cushions, arms outstretched in a standing exercise. Most wear white or light loose robes and pants; one man in the centre wears black with a dark blindfold over his eyes. A woman in white on the left has her arms spread wide, and another person in green stands near a tripod-mounted camera. A tripod, laptop, water bottle and scattered belongings sit on the floor, and a shelf and small figure stand in the background.
