Night photograph of a large group of devotees in saffron-orange caps and matching orange jackets seated on a riverbank facing a lit, decorated boat or float in dark water at dusk. Many are seen from behind, some with long dark hair and one with long grey-white hair. A tall dark hillside rises behind the river. Orange-tinted light blurs in the foreground. Several people wear orange clothing bearing printed text on the back. A figure in orange stands near the lit altar on the boat, and the scene reads as a ritual gathering on a river during a pilgrimage.
