A street scene in front of a multi-storey building with blue glass windows, yellow and red panels and a vertical green sign reading partially "...IC". A damaged metal scaffold or sign frame leans against the facade, and bare, storm-stripped trees stand behind it. About a dozen men in shirts and trousers stand on the pavement among parked motorcycles, one in a white shirt and cream trousers in the foreground, while another man in white points upward. Power lines cross the street and a pink-walled building with balconies stands to the right.
