A photograph of a floral-decorated float carrying a seated figure in an orange robe with a red garland, set on a flooded stone-stepped amphitheatre. The float is wrapped in white and red flower garlands, marigolds and palm fronds, with a yellow and white floral backdrop shaped like a shrine arch. Around it, several men in white dhotis and white shirts wade in the water, some with yellow shoulder cloths, and one bare-chested man stands at left. A water jet falls at the left edge beside the steps. The seated figure's hands are raised in a blessing gesture. Water covers the lower area around the platform.
