The central figure wears a tall jewelled crown, a red garment and a heavy white and crystal necklace, and holds a golden trident-like staff, while the consort figure wears a white and gold sari, a jewelled headdress and layered pearl-and-crystal necklaces. Both are garlanded with yellow and red flower strands. Brass oil lamps stand on either side. In the foreground a silhouetted person with dark hair raises a hand toward the figures, as in a pooja or arathi offering.2010-07-13
