A roadside scene under a cloudy sky. A large dense tree with a broad canopy stands beside a dirt shoulder, surrounded by tall green grass and weeds. Behind it are low single-storey buildings with green corrugated roofs and pink-washed walls, a blue water tank on a rooftop, and palm trees along the horizon. Overhead, power lines cross the image. No people are visible.

A dry, dusty open plot of land strewn with plastic bags, bottles and litter, with a green shrub in the foreground. Several parked cars, a white van, a yellow minibus and a row of motorcycles sit on the ground beyond. Thatched huts, a low concrete wall and scrubby hills form the background, and a few small figures stand near the cars at the far right. The scene looks like an informal roadside parking area rather than a temple or ashram event.

A dusty, littered open ground on the edge of a village with scattered rubbish, sparse scrub and trees, and low hills behind. Several parked cars, a white van and motorbikes sit along the lot. A group of people in white clothes stands and walks on the left, while a woman in an orange sari and a second woman in white walk across the foreground path. A small green flag flutters at the top edge, and a low brick wall with houses lies to the right.

A large spreading banyan-type tree dominates an outdoor site under a pale blue sky. A white Tempo Traveller-style van is parked at left beside a silver car, and a woman with dark hair pulled back smiles toward the camera in the lower left foreground. Behind the tree are low tin-roofed sheds, a stone wall, and a railway carriage at right, with rubble and scrubby grass in the foreground.

A large, partly leafy tree with bare upper branches stands by a roadside under an overcast grey sky. A utility pole with power lines and a street lamp is on the left, and a crow perches on the wires. Behind the tree are low buildings, palm trees and dense green foliage. Two small orange flags are visible near the road at the base of the tree, and a blank white signboard stands on the right. No people are visible in the scene.

A photograph of a dry, rocky open field with scattered litter, stones and cut tree stumps in the foreground. Several parked cars, a white van and a dark SUV sit near thatched huts and a block wall on the left. A small group of people stands near the vehicles in the midground, and a rounded rocky hill rises under a partly cloudy blue sky with palm trees along the edges.

A large, dense banyan tree dominates a rural roadside scene under a partly cloudy blue sky. Its broad canopy spreads wide over the frame, with many aerial prop roots hanging down and thickening into multiple trunks at the base. Behind it stand tall palm trees and other green foliage, with utility poles and power lines running across the scene. A low wire fence with wooden posts runs along the grassy edge in the foreground, and a small wooden structure with a pole stands at the right. No people are visible.

A large spreading tree with dense green foliage dominates an open dusty street in an Indian town. Beneath and beside it, a white Mahindra-style SUV with an orange-and-yellow stripe and a spare tyre on its rear door is parked, next to a blue-and-green auto-rickshaw whose driver sits in white clothing. Two men in light shirts stand near the rickshaw, a hand-pulled cart sits at right, and small shops and a low concrete building line the background under a hazy white sky. No deity, puja or ritual is visible; the scene is a roadside travel stop.
