A photograph of a stage at an indoor convention hall, with a projection screen on the left showing a seated figure in orange robes, a red-orange turban and a long beaded mala, hands raised in a teaching gesture. The screen displays a projected image rather than a living person. A blue banner behind the stage reads Nithyananda Spurana programme with Tamil text, and red-cloth draping, potted palms and a white-draped table with flower vase and a small lamp sit at the front. No people are visible in the scene.
