Close-up photograph of a Pongal-style cooking setup on a floor decorated with white rangoli or kolam lines. Three perforated reddish clay bricks form a small stove around a flame of burning twigs, with a shallow terracotta pot on top holding milk just beginning to boil and foam. A square stone slab sits beneath the bricks. Blurred warm yellow light and out-of-focus background objects surround the scene. No people are visible.
