Marchers carry handmade placards: yellow boards reading HINDUS SUPPORT NITHYANANDA, pink boards reading AARTHI FALSE CASE FALLS APART, NITHYANANDA PRIDE OF HINDUISM and KARNATAKA CID AARTHI CHEATED YOU, plus a large white board with black Kannada lettering. A young man in a yellow t-shirt and a man in a white PLAY BOY shirt walk in front, another in a green striped shirt beside them. A photo of a woman in a red and blue garment is pinned to a wooden stake held at left, next to a bundle of dry palm fronds.
