A large grey cylindrical Shiva lingam is decorated with an oval garland of marigolds and white flowers, with a band of purple, yellow and green flower strands arching over its top. Two people stand on a raised platform behind the lingam: one bald figure in a light-coloured garment on the left, and another person with dark hair and a dark top near the centre top. A red brick building, a concrete block wall and a sunlit sky form the background, and a floral border runs along the base of the lingam. The scene suggests an outdoor ritual or procession display with a decorated lingam.
