A large hall with cream walls and a tiled floor holds a yoga class of many participants on yellow mats, most bent forward with arms raised overhead in a standing forward-bend pose. Some are bare-chested in dark trousers, others wear white or blue tops. A few figures in saffron-orange cloth stand at the left and in the background. Hanging decorative banners in red, orange and green line the ceiling, with large screens and a camera crew at the left. Chandeliers hang overhead and framed pictures decorate the walls.

A large hall with cream walls, white ceiling tiles and rows of hanging decorative banners in red, green and gold. Many people, mostly shirtless men with dark hair and some in black or blue trousers, bend forward with arms raised overhead on yellow mats in an organized yoga or standing-posture session. A few figures stand at the back in white or orange clothing near a chandelier, and large screens at the far end show a figure performing the same posture. A camera operator with a tripod stands at the left edge.
