A photograph at an outdoor relief-distribution site under a corrugated metal shelter. Three saffron-clad men stand in front, each wearing rudraksha malas. The man at left wears a pale green cap and orange garment, and the men at right are shaved-headed in orange robes with red borders. A man in a red shirt photographs them from atop a blue wooden truck bed, beside a yellow vehicle with a painted floral border. Metal cooking vessels and stacked red and green plastic crates are nearby. Other people in white and checked shirts with green caps move in the background.
