Night photograph of a large outdoor gathering on open ground lit by a row of white tube lights and a string of red and orange festoon lights along the background. Dense crowds of devotees, mostly men and women in white clothes, stand and sit close together; several women wear orange or saffron shawls and saris, and some people have folded hands in prayer. Rows of seated devotees fill the far right area, and trees and dark sky frame the scene. No single clearly identifiable central figure is visible in the frame.
