Photograph of a temple shrine doorway framed by pink walls with teal and yellow trim. A bare-shouldered priest in an orange-red dhoti and shawl, with long hair pulled back, stands at left with his arm raised, touching a blue-clad deity murti decorated with white flower garlands and a silver-white crown. Behind the murti, gold-painted panels and green and yellow drapes frame the sanctum. Brass and silver ritual vessels, small lamps and bowls of offerings sit on a stepped platform in front of the deity. Appears to be a puja or abhishekam in progress.2022-08-19Photo 99168242022-08-10 +1 copiesPhoto 82848892022-08-20 +1 copiesKASHI SARVAJNAPEETAM on 8/21/20222022-08-21 +1 copiesPhoto 103278092022-08-26 +1 copiesA man in an orange saffron wrap and orange turban stands in the doorway of a bright pink shrine with green and yellow painted frames. Inside, a blue deity murti decorated with white and orange flower garlands sits on a gold-framed altar with a red backdrop, surrounded by brass lamps, small figurines and offering vessels on a black and white checkered floor. The man's bare upper body shows a rudraksha mala, and he gestures toward the murti with one hand. The setting is a temple darshan at Kailasa Kashi.2022-08-23 +1 copiesPhoto through an open temple doorway framed by pink and green painted pillars. Behind him, a deity murti seated on a throne is decorated with a red and white garland, and the golden arched niche and purple drapery frame the altar. Brass puja vessels, a kalasha-like pot and small offering plates sit on the stone steps below. Appearance cues (orange turban, bare upper body, rudraksha-style beads) suggest the a person performing aarti at the shrine, though the face is not clear enough to confirm identity.2022-08-25 +1 copiesPhoto 99169032022-08-15 +1 copies
