Outdoor ceremony at a white-plinthed platform beside a tall copper flagstaff wrapped with garlands and a rope, with a black Nandi bull statue garlanded in marigolds and a red cloth at left. A long-haired figure in orange robes and red-beaded mala stands at the platform, holding the flag rope, while a shaven-headed man in orange holds a tray or offering beside the pole. Behind them, a cameraman films, and attendants in orange and white stand on the platform. Dozens of seated devotees in white clothes fill the lawn in front, with palm trees and an overcast sky above. Possibly a flag-hoisting ceremony at an ashram.
