A large indoor yoga session with many participants seated cross-legged on red and striped mats, most with palms pressed together in namaskar. In the foreground a smiling man in a navy t-shirt and grey trousers sits barefoot beside a man in a black sleeveless top and a beaded necklace. Behind them rows of attendees in black, pink and green clothing sit in devotional posture, and a few people stand at the back. A stage screen glows at the top right, and the camera shows the session from the seated audience's side.
