A long-haired man in a maroon-and-saffron robe with a rudraksha mala sits on the left, raising his palm toward the forehead of a seated man in a white kurta with a red-and-white scarf. Behind them, a woman in white sits kneeling with hands together, and a woman in orange robes with a rudraksha mala and forehead markings sits at right with palms pressed in reverence. The seated figure on the left shows distinctive long hair and rudraksha cues, so an appearance-based candidate for Swamiji is present, with his role as the one giving blessing.2014-12-24December 26 20142014-12-26A seated figure with long, swept-back dark hair, bare-shouldered in rust-red robes and wearing a dark rudraksha mala, reaches out to touch the forehead of a smiling man in cream kurta and a red-and-maroon shawl who raises his hand in a gesture of receiving blessing. Behind them stand golden ornamental panels, layered gold necklaces and a maroon drape, with a flowering plant at left and a staff or ceremonial rod beside the seated figure.
