Outdoor relief distribution on a dusty village street. A smiling woman in a red sari with a dark red border and a small bindi stands in the foreground holding a paper plate of food. Behind her, people crowd around a yellow-and-orange truck with registration TN55 L9598, painted with the word RELIEF. Several people on the truck bed, including an older woman in a cream sari and an older man in white, hand items down to the crowd. Men in white shirts and checked lungis and a man in an orange cloth reach up to take packets. A bicycle, a concrete building and a banner with a faded orange-clad figure are visible at the edges.
