Outdoor relief-camp scene under a red and green patterned canopy with a painted backdrop of trees and a red vehicle by water. A figure in orange robes with a rudraksha-style necklace stands at center, gesturing over metal pots, bowls and bags of rice on a concrete floor. Around them, men in white dhotis and shirts stand close, one holding a bowl of marigold-type yellow flowers at lower left, and an older man with grey hair and white clothes stands nearby. Plastic jugs and bottles sit at right. The page suggests a cyclone relief context, but no clear event text is visible in the image itself.
