Photo of a seated ceremony on a raised platform draped in white and dotted with marigold petals. A central figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange head cloth sits with palms pressed together in namaste, wearing a multi-strand beaded necklace and a bracelet, with a microphone before him. To his left, a bearded man in white robes and a yellow shawl with a beaded mala holds a brass tray with offerings, and to the right a man in white garments and glasses sits near a microphone stand. Brass vessels and a kalasha-style pot sit on the platform, with incense smoke rising and a maroon curtain behind. Three people are visible.

A central figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange head wrap, with a rudraksha-style mala and gold bangles, stands with both arms raised toward a tall flame. The fire rises from a stepped pyramid of white bricks decorated with yellow and pink flowers. A brass vessel sits on the bricks. The central figure's identity is uncertain from appearance alone; the description uses roles only.2009-12-24December 24 20092009-12-24December 24 20092009-12-24Photograph of a homa ritual at an open-sided pavilion. A man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban sits cross-legged with palms pressed together in namaskar, eyes closed, a rudraksha mala hanging across his chest and white sandalwood marks on his upper arms. A microphone stand is in front of him. Behind the fire pit, two men and a woman in white clothing sit with folded hands, and a wooden ladle rests near the smoking sacrificial pit lined with stacked yellow-white blocks decorated with flowers. Swamiji (probable) cues present: orange turban, saffron robes and rudraksha mala, with the role of officiating priest at the homa. Context suggests a Guru Purnima homa.2004-07-02
