Outdoor photograph at a construction site during a bhoomi pooja. A man with long swept-back dark hair wears an orange shawl over a red sleeveless top and orange dhoti, standing barefoot on concrete blocks and pouring water from a brass vessel over a tall silver-coloured metal pipe set in the dirt. A man in white kurta and white dhoti with a red border stands behind him, holding a plate of pink and yellow flower petals and scattering them onto the pipe. Behind them are a white and red patterned brick wall, palm trees and green foliage. Petals and a small puddle lie on the ground.
