Hundreds of seated attendees in white, saffron, orange, lavender and blue saris and kurtas fill white plastic chairs, many with braids and some with white hair. On the stage, a large banner shows a figure in a white head wrap and white robes pointing one finger upward, with a second portrait labelled with Tamil text beside it and a rainbow-coloured circular graphic at right. A satsang-style gathering with stage, banners and loudspeakers.
