A seated man in a white shirt sits on a blue plastic chair near green leaves, and a standing man in a white shirt gestures among the crowd. A colourful striped cloth hangs from a pole at the right edge. Many villagers, mostly women in saris and men in shirts and lungis, reach upward holding steel pots, plates and vessels toward a server in a white shirt and green surgical-style cap who is ladling food from a pot. A barefoot elderly woman in a blue sari stands at right holding a steel vessel, and a child in a grey shirt is lifted above the crowd. Coconut palms and a small concrete wall frame the scene, with dry debris on the ground.2012-01-06 +1 copiesJuly 28 20082008-07-28November 13 20062006-11-13
