A photograph of a temple courtyard with a stone shrine housing a dark stone Nandi bull with a carved collar, set before a stone pillared entrance. A group of visitors walks past in front: a woman in a flowing orange saffron robe with long dark hair, men in white dhotis and shirts, some wearing orange shawls and white ritual garments, and an older bald man in white with a bead necklace. A cameraman in white clothing with an orange shawl films them, carrying a dark camera bag. Green trees, palms and a low stone wall frame the scene.

A small dark plaque sits on the base in front of the statue. Mossy stone walls, green trees and a partly blue sky surround the temple. A lone figure in white clothes walks on the left edge of the frame in the distance, and a rust-coloured metal grille stands at right.2006-09-18September 18 20062006-09-18A photograph of an old stone shrine with a carved pillared open pavilion sheltering a dark, weathered stone Nandi bull statue, a sacred bull figure facing forward on a low stone pedestal. A small dark plaque sits at the base of the platform, and a barred metal gate and tree foliage surround the stone courtyard under a partly cloudy sky. A lone figure in white clothing walks at the far left edge, partially visible, beside the pillars, while the shrine itself is the main subject.2006-09-18A photograph of a stone temple shrine at a historic site, with a large dark polished stone Nandi bull statue seated inside an open stone pavilion with carved pillars and a pitched carved roof. A man in saffron-orange robes stands at right, partly visible, with his back to camera, and a figure in orange cloth bends under the carved stone canopy. Standing nearby are men in white shirts and dark trousers, one wearing a khaki uniform, observing. Palm trees and gopuram spires are visible beyond the wall. The orange-robed figure at right shows only a shaved head and robe; no visible cues support identifying him as a person, so the appearance is uncertain.2006-12-04September 18 20062006-09-18Outdoor photograph on a dirt courtyard of a temple complex with palm trees and small white buildings behind. A barefoot man in a saffron-orange dhoti and matching shawl walks left past a black stone Nandi bull statue garlanded with yellow and orange flowers, seated on a white plinth. He points toward the statue. Beside him, a younger attendant in white dhoti and orange shawl holds a long pole supporting a red and orange canopy with fringe. A round stone yoni-style base with flower offerings sits in the background. Two more attendants are partly visible at the right edge.2007-12-07A carved stone temple structure with a large black stone Nandi bull seated inside an open pillared shrine. The bull faces right, with a decorated collar and necklace, and the sandstone walls around it carry sculpted pilasters and a row of bead-like cornice carvings. Trees and a stone wall stand in the background, with a small sign on a pole at right. No people are visible.2006-09-18
