Several women in orange and saffron robes, some bare-shouldered, stand around the pole and pull a rope that raises a dark maroon-red cloth banner. Beside them, a ceremonial canopy with red, green and yellow fringed decoration stands in the background. A few women hold cups or objects and raise their hands in devotion. A pathway with lamp posts runs along the left, with a small figure walking far in the distance. No identifiable a person is visible, so the central figure is not attributed.
