April 02 20122012-04-02April 02 20122012-04-02A photograph of a seated man in saffron-orange robes on an orange cushioned throne-like chair, wearing a long rudraksha mala with a red tilak on his forehead, hands folded in his lap. Two devotees in white clothing bow forward, one pressing their forehead to his bare feet and the other with palms pressed together near his feet. Behind him stands a shrine with a deity murti draped in red and gold cloth, garlanded with red flowers, flanked by brass vessels, a kalasha-style pot, and a lamp. This appears to be a pada puja (foot worship) ritual.2010-07-14April 02 20122012-04-02April 02 20122012-04-02A seated man in long swept-back dark hair, saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala with a red tilak on his forehead sits on an orange cushioned throne and smiles while raising one hand toward a kneeling devotee in a white shirt and grey trousers who presses palms together in namaste. A standing attendant in a white kurta with an orange shawl looks on at left. Behind them are gold ornate pillars, red and yellow marigold garlands, a brass kalasha and vessels on a table, and a small figure in orange and white.2010-07-01A seated man in an orange saffron robe with long swept-back hair and a multi-strand rudraksha mala sits on an orange cushioned throne in a temple setting, holding a sheet of paper in one hand and placing his other hand on the head of a kneeling young man in a white shirt and white dhoti who has his hands in anjali. Behind them are gold-coloured temple pillars, a deity murti draped with orange cloth and garlanded with marigolds, and a fruit tray. The scene suggests a darshan or blessing.2010-07-15February 12 20072007-02-12A photograph of a long-haired man in flowing orange robes and a rudraksha mala seated on a white cushioned throne in front of a deep red velvet curtain. He has a red bindi on his forehead and rests his hands on the armrests. A small white table with a steel cup and a tissue box sits at left. In the foreground, a person in a white t-shirt lies prostrate at his feet on a white sheet. Appearance cues (long swept-back hair, orange robes, rudraksha mala) are consistent with Swamiji (probable), seated in darshan posture.2007-02-02 +1 copiesNovember 12 20052005-11-12April 02 20122012-04-02A seated figure in saffron-orange robes wears a long rudraksha mala and a red tilak on the forehead, with long dark hair swept back, and reads a handwritten note held in one hand while the other hand rests on the head of a kneeling devotee in a white shirt and white dhoti with palms pressed together in namaskar.
