Outdoor relief distribution in a coastal village after a cyclone, with palm trees bent and bare branches in the background. Several men work on the back of a red-orange flatbed truck, one in a yellow shirt and checked trousers, another in white kurta and white cap bending down, and a third in a red shirt standing on the truck bed, handing out steel bowls and plates of food. Women and girls crowd the roadside holding out bowls and plates: a woman in a blue and white patterned sari, a young girl in a white top and orange-striped skirt holding a steel bowl, a woman in an orange sari, and a woman in a cream patterned sari. A small child is visible at the bottom edge.
