Outdoor photo of a crowd at a village gathering, many people pressing forward to receive food from paper plates held out by a man in a white shirt in the foreground. Several people have white sacred ash or tilak marks on their foreheads. A smiling older woman in a red blouse and brown patterned sari stands centre-left with a gold necklace, and an elderly woman with white hair and a white tilak is at right, reaching for a plate. Children in striped shirts and white shirts crowd the group, and a man in a yellow checked shirt stands at right. The scene appears to be a distribution of prasadam or food offerings.
