Rows of seated devotees face him in a hall with white walls and a corrugated metal roof. Many wear white with yellow or orange shawls, and several monks in orange sit in the foreground on the right. A wall painting of mountains and sages hangs above a red decorative border. A round brass vessel sits near the speaker's platform.
