A photograph of an outdoor tent gathering with striped red, yellow and blue canopy fabric. In the foreground, a bearded elderly man in an orange turban and orange robes, with a beard and white hair, receives an orange cloth being draped over his shoulders by a man in a dark navy shirt wearing a red-beaded bracelet. A man in a red-and-gold turban and gold earrings stands at right, and another person in orange cloth sits near the lower right. Several onlookers in orange, yellow and white clothing stand and sit behind a metal railing. The scene suggests a felicitation or honouring with a shawl, though the person's identity cannot be determined from appearance.
