Night procession photo of an ornately decorated palanquin or ratha lit with rope lights, marigold and flower garlands, and hanging tassels and bells, topped by a large green and multicoloured fringed umbrella. Seated on the decorated platform is a figure in an orange turban and a deity murti-like statue in bright adornments; a central figure stands with raised hand in blessing wearing an orange turban and a garland. A man in white kurta stands at the right of the platform, and a sadhu in orange robes sits at the lower left beside a trident. Onlookers, some in white and some in saffron turbans, line the bottom edge, and a trumpet player stands at the far left.
