A photograph of men queuing at an outdoor table draped with a blue-and-white checked cloth, with a woman in a yellow-and-white sari seated behind it writing on a ledger. Several men lean in; the foreground man in a white-and-blue checked shirt stands at left, a man in a red-and-green plaid shirt holds a small item and money at the table, and a man in a white shirt holds papers. Stacks of printed pamphlets and booklets sit on the table, and a red umbrella shades the right edge. A Tamil-language notice is pinned at left. The setting appears to be an open-air distribution or registration stall during a festival.
