A large hall with an orange floor covering and a stage at the far end, where a figure in orange robes sits on an ornate golden throne-like seat framed by a floral garland arch. Rows of attendees in white clothing sit cross-legged on orange mats facing the stage, many with their backs to the camera. Hanging decorative banners in orange, yellow and blue patterns line the ceiling, with ceiling fans and a video camera on a tripod at the right side.
