The billboard shows a portrait of a man in an orange turban and a garland of yellow flowers, with ornate gold-toned temple carvings at its right edge. A white band is painted across his forehead. The wall behind is yellow-brown block masonry, with a small string of multicoloured prayer flags at the left and a wooden post at the right. Text on the billboard reads Nithyananda Peetham, Tiruvannamalai Aadheenam, with a phone number. The seated man is a devotee shown in a candid pose; the printed portrait is a depiction, not a physical person.2017-02-07 +1 copiesA night photograph of a man with long dark hair, a beard and a forehead mark, wearing rust-orange robes and a rudraksha mala, crouching and smiling on a low concrete ledge in front of a large illuminated red billboard.
