A night-time outdoor celebration in front of an illuminated temple tower (gopuram) lit in orange, yellow and red, with green-lit trees and strings of coloured lights at the left edge. Several men in white shirts and dhotis dance and raise their arms, with a few men in saffron-orange dhotis and shawls with gold borders among them, some wearing bangles and beaded necklaces. One man in a white kurta with a name badge stands near the centre with his hands open. Smoke or haze drifts in the dark sky above.
