A relief food distribution on a roadside. Two men in white shirts and white hairnets stand on a green-and-yellow painted truck with a black cooking pot. One man ladles food into a steel bowl held up by a child in a striped shirt. Other children and a girl in a white dress with a red-clad girl look on. Palm trees, thatched huts and corrugated sheets line the street, and a small orange flag is visible at the truck's rear.
