A photograph of a long, low concrete building with a corrugated roof supported by blue-painted columns, in a dusty open area. Crowds of people stand and sit along its front in the shade of the roof, many men in white or light shirts and dhotis, some women in saris and a woman in a yellow top with a headscarf. A man in a red-and-white checked shirt rides a blue motorcycle in the foreground, and a silver car is parked at left. Plastic bags and bundles are visible among the people. No a person candidate is visible.
