Water sprays from above over the lingam, which is decorated with a white and red band, a flower garland and a pair of ornate white-and-red garlands hanging at its base. A steel staircase with railings climbs the tiered steps at left, where a crowd of people in white clothes gathers near an orange canopy tent and a small flag. Blue sky is overhead.2010-12-22October 11 20162016-10-11April 25 20132013-04-25
