Night photograph of a ritual on a white-draped platform decorated with multicoloured garlands. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a tall ornate gold-and-silver crown has hands pressed together in prayer, with a gold necklace and bracelets. Beside them stands a richly garlanded deity murti in a kalasha-like canopy with orange and gold cloth, with a brass oil lamp burning and a golden tray of yellow flowers in front. Other saffron-robed attendants sit in the background.
