October 23 20102010-10-23A man in profile seated beside a gold, ornately carved chair with a red upholstered cushion. He has long, swept-back black hair, a red bindi on his forehead, and white markings on his brow. He wears an orange saffron garment draped over his shoulder and bare-chested, with layered rudraksha and gold beaded malas around his neck, and a gold pendant. A dark blue draped curtain stands behind him, with a small dark object on a table at lower right. Appearance cues are consistent with a Swamiji (probable) figure seated in a ceremonial setting, with distinctive long hair, saffron clothing and ornate malas.2011-01-23October 23 20102010-10-23A photograph of a man seated in profile with eyes closed in meditation. He has long, wavy black hair swept back, a red bindi and white vertical tilak on his forehead, and wears an orange saffron wrap draped over one shoulder with a multi-strand rudraksha mala of dark seeds around his neck. Behind him is a gold-carved throne with a pink cushion, a red and white striped backdrop and orange walls. In the lower left corner are fruits or offerings on a table. This appears to be a satsang setting. The man matches the Swamiji appearance cues of long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha mala, so this is a probable identification in an appearance-based sense.2010-11-03August 23 20102010-08-23 +1 copiesOctober 23 20102010-10-23September 14 20092009-09-14October 23 20102010-10-23A side-profile photograph of a long-haired man in a saffron-orange garment with gold-edged trim, standing in front of a warm orange-red wall and a red pillar.
