Outdoor festival scene under a large canopy of orange, red and yellow fabric with pennants and flags overhead. Two figures in saffron/orange robes stand at the center of a red carpet, with one bending forward toward the other near a white-draped table with a cloth-covered offering. Many people in white garments with orange borders sit on the red carpet on the left, while standing spectators in white and other colours fill the background. A child in an orange cap sits in the lower right, and a woman in a blue patterned sari stands at the right edge holding bags. Balloons in yellow, white and green hang beside the table. The setting suggests a Jayanti Brahmotsavam celebration event.
