Its head has a crest and curved beak, the neck is covered in fine scale engraving, and the wing and tail feathers are detailed with repoussé work. The tail is a large, scrolled, open filigree-like fan. Beside it is a silver-covered table or stand with a blue-painted top and a blue wooden support, and a blue-handled pole leans against the peacock. No people are visible.April 24 20192019-04-24November 10 20062006-11-10November 09 20062006-11-09 +1 copiesA photograph of a large silver processional vahana, a bull-like animal figure with an open mouth, ornately embossed chest and saddle panels, and a plain rope-like collar, mounted on a red wooden platform beneath a small silver canopy frame.
