Outdoor photo of a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots and spreading branches. Around its base an excavated pit has exposed reddish soil, stacked loose stones, and a trench with a rubble-filled channel; cordons of red-and-white tape and yellow barrier posts surround the work area. To the right stands a shrine niche with a deity murti decorated with garlands, a red cloth and a gold-tinted figure, set on a red-draped platform behind metal railings. No people are visible.
